1. The user guarantees to Marek Lieberberg Konzertagentur GmbH & Co.KG (MLK), that s/he holds all necessary legal rights of the uploaded photos, that no rights of any kind of a third party are violated, and that no legal restrictions are violated and indemnifies MLK on first request from all claims of third parties as well of all adequate related costs for legal advices and actions.

2. The user commits her/himself, to not upload any photos that contain content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic or adult sexual, extremist, or discriminating, glorifies or trivialise violence or war, campaigns for a terrorist or extremist political party, or calls to a crime.

3. MLK preserves the right, to suspend users that do not obey to these Terms of Service and possibly claim for compensation as well as removing any offending photos immediately from the above mentioned site.
